I am a professional chef with 12 years experience in the culinary world. I studied at the Institute of Tourism Studies in Malta and in 2008 I spent a year in Lake District and gained experience in a AA Rosette Restaurant. I later took a position as a Chef De Partie in Malta, and worked my way up to a Head chef of a well established fine dining restaurant, where I worked for several years. I later took on the position as a Front of House Supervisor. My experience in both the back and front of house has given me the knowledge needed to satisfy my clients, not only with food that I will serve, but also with the service that I will provide. Last year, I tested the waters as a private and personal chef, and this is something that truly interests me.

Chef Sephora was great! She was very responsive during the menu planning and the meal was fantastic!

We invited Sephora to create a menu for a family dinner at our holiday rental home in Valletta. Her menu was very creative and absolutely delicious- we are still talking about the goat cheese mousse starter! Everything was a perfect balance of flavors and textures, and well complimented by the wines she selected. We highly recommend Sephora to create an innovative and delicious meal for your private event!
