Chef Sebastien Malin
Private Chef In Bel AirSebastien Malin was born in a family where cooking was a daily activity. During his childhood, he was passionate about cooking and liked to share the taste of good things around him. Growing up in the eastern region of Mauritius, he started his career at the Hotel Le Touessrok.
After obtaining his diploma from Sir Gaëtan Duval's Hotel School, he went on a cruise ship, then travelled around Mauritius to learn from other great chefs such as Sébastien Bras, Barnabé Jone and Juniors Dickerson. In 2010, with his know-how for support, he started to work as a home chef in Mauritius.
