Chef Ronda is always looking for the best local ingredients and impressive presentations. Passion for cooking translates to tastefull and fresh food.

Hi! My name is Ronda and I'm from Barcelona.

I've been living the past 4 years in Puerto Rico, so the Menus are Puerto Rican with a Spanish influence. I always explain my story with the courses and I love to connect with the group to create a very memorable night!

My mission is always to have fun, create a comfortable space to talk and make everybody feel special. Food and Drinks are made with lots of love, you will taste it for sure!

Now I'm working towards having my own restaurant with a Fine Dining and Creative Tasting Menu, with an innovative Cocktail Pairing with liquors produced here. That's why I always recommend trying it for adventurer foodies, it's all my 7 years of Experience working in restaurants in just a few dishes.

With all the Menus, expect the restaurant at your home: an elegant table, fresh and tasty dishes, beautiful presentations, attention to the details, lots of stories and good vibes, traditional dishes with some twist and fruits or vegetables that you may have never tasted before. For me, the real flavors of the island.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING MY UNIQUE SERVICE:

- For the Tasting Menu, all the food would be served in individual

portions and all the group should choose the same options (if

somebody needs a different option from the rest, I'm flexible with

that).

- For the Family Style Menu, all the dishes will be served in the middle of the table, ready to be shared by the guests (the Dessert will be served individually).

- All Menús are served like a complete Sit Down Dinner and the dishes served one after the other.

- All the Experiences include: One Glass of Cava per person to Toast, Spanish Wine Pairing (One Bottle every 2 people) or Cocktails Pairing (you can request a personalized Menu at least 7 days prior the reservation). I include Tables and Chairs (if needed), Crystal Glasses, Plates, Silverware, Cloth Napkins, Table Cloth, Table Decoration and Candles.

- You can request the Menu without Alcohol for $15 less per person (must apply to all the group)

- Kids Menu is $69pp and it includes 50% of the adults portions or a personalized Menu with 2 Small Appetizers, 1 Small Main Dish and Dessert.

- If you are a group of 5 or 6, please message me to adjust the price (the price set is for groups of 3 or 4)

- Because I cook most of the preparations at the moment and I plate them with love and details, my Experience takes longer than going to a restaurant. That's why I always bring games with me, so the group can play between the dishes.

- Right now, the Family Style Menu timing is an average of 3.5 hours and the Tasting Menu of 4.5 hours. All depends on how big is the group, the distribution of the House, if there is any interruption from the group and the Kitchen Set Up. This is an example of the detailed timing:

- It takes me 2 hours to set up.

- The First 20 - 30min of the Dinner is the

presentation and Toast with Cava or Champagne

- Then it takes around 20min for each Appetizer

- Main Dishes take around 30min for each.

- After the Desserts I have surprises, that takes aprox 20min.

- Clean up is aprox 2 hours, if you need a shorter clean up, you can request it (at least one week before the event).

- The Dinner is going to take place in the nearest space to the

kitchen posible. If you choose to have the Dining Table in another

level of the House with Stairs involved, it has an additional fee.

- If the House has Stairs to get to the kitchen or there is no parking available in front of the entrance, it is mandatory to help carrying the boxes with my equipment on my arrival and departure. It is mandatory to inform about this situation at least a week before the event, failing of informing about this or other special conditions of the House may delay the service or be canceled.

- I don't do check-in or arrive by myself to the house. If it's needed, first you must ask the chef and wait for her approval before confirming the reservation. If you inform about it one week or less before the event, the chef reserve the right to cancel.

- The house must have an indoor kitchen with stove (oven is not required).
