I'm a mauritian who just got back after 12 years in Bordeaux, where I got to learn about food and wine industry. My former career was is a totally different field but my passion for cooking led me to go back to studies, make experiences in nice restaurants then launching my own business in France.
Back to Mauritius I feel the need to propose a local cuisine but not a classic one. With our local treasures from sea and land, I dedicate myself to do a modern cuisine with fresh products, alsways twisted with my creative touch !
