Young, passionate foodie enjoying transforming local Caribbean cuisine and making it a bit more modern.
I am a professional chef with over 15 years in the culinary industry. My career started at Coast Restaurant & Bar under the tutelage of English chef Zakkilou Bradshaw while attending the Hotel Pommarine and studying for my Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts.
I did an internship at the Crane Resort & Residences and gained employment as a commis chef. I move on to Tapas Restaurant to learn international cuisine and then migrated to The Waterside Restaurant as a demi chef de partie and was promoted to a chef de party where I expanded my repertoire to French techniques with a Caribbean spin.
In 2015, I applied to the then newly built international hotel chain Sandals where I was part of the team that officially opened the hotel, While employed there I was exposed to a variety of cuisines such as Italian, French & Mediterranean.
In 2018, I started my own company 350° Personal Chef Services where I am the culinary director offering my services to high end villas and luxury real estate agencies. Since starting my company, I have traveled globally to California in 2021 to cook for an UHNWI couple.
