I am a professional chef, born and raised in Namibia, Windhoek. I completed a Culinary Arts Certificate at Silverspoon Hospitality. At age 21, I moved overseas to fulfill my passion for fine dining at a Asian Fusion Restaurant in Berlin, Germany, where my career officially began, and led me to stay for 2 years.
