Passionate, striving, and crazy about culinary is just a small description of who I am. I take pride in every meal that I prepare. Food is my life!
I am a young chef that specializes in sushi, seafood and Asian cooking. I also prepare Bahamian, American, indian and Italian food. I am a certified culinarian by the American culinary federation, and hold a AA in culinary arts from the University of the Bahamas. I've been cooking from the ripe age of 7. I have 6years experience of cooking in high volume kitchens and hotels. I am based in Nassau, Bahamas but I am open to chef travel.
