I studied culinary management but I am constantly learning new skills and never cease to be inspired by the changes around me.
I repeatedly find myself developing new recipes and gathering old family ones.
For me cooking is a beautiful dance in time space, creating something new and fresh being guided by old experiences, customs and processes.
I aim to make every dining experience a opening to the island’s culture, the biodiversity that sustains us and a peek into the world I would like to live in the future.
