Chef Paola Santos

Hello, my name is Paola and since I was a little girl I've had this burning passion towards food and cooking.

I began cooking since young, but opted for a more traditional lifestyle studying and getting my bachelors. After realizing I didn't enjoy the path I chose, I enrolled to be a pastry chef and now work at one of the top fine dinning restaurants in Puerto Rico.

I use my talents in cooking and pastry to make beautiful and creative plates using organic, fresh and clean products.

Cooking is my passion, my love language, so I come with creative menus you and your loved ones will surely enjoy.

I’ve also been blessed with traveling a lot; I've absorbed not only the culture, but explored an abundance of flavor profiles. Even so, my very special ingredient is always love.
