Chef Lester “Lay Lay” Fontelio, has been carving up culinary masterpieces for over 20 years, in the Hotel and Restaurant industry. He has worked at the world re-known 5 star Rosewood Little Dix Bay hotel working along side many great chefs. He has a diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management and is a certified Culinarian CC. Because of his love and passion for preparing lasting impressions on clients, his catering services was created where he can personaly treat each person to their own private meals.
