Private Chef In BridgetownMy experience began in the restaurant industry on internship at the Lucky Horseshoe where I started as a cook. I then pursued my career at the Waterside restaurant where I rendered my services for 1 year as Commis chef and a part time worker at Island caterers. In the year of 2013, I was then employed at the Accra Beach Hotel &Spa where I moved up the rank to Chef de Partiè.
In the year of 2016, I represented Accra in BHTA Professional Cook-off where I was nominated in the top 10 finalists. I also participated in the Nifca Culinary Arts competition where I received a bronze medal in the exhibition and placed 3rd in the professional’s cook-off finals. I was then given the opportunity to train with the Barbados Culinary Team training sessions 2017. Last year 2019 I have entered the BHTA Professional Culinary Cook Off Competition again where is placed 3rd and now I am currently a member of the Culinary Barbados Team 2020 – 2021.
