I am a professional chef and baker. I studied hospitality management in Pwani university and I have had the opportunity to work at 5 and 3 star hotels which shaped my cooking career and skills. I am also a baker and pastry chef. Additionally, I train learners and mentees in food production, baking and housekeeping so as to get the best out of them and also achieve self satisfaction.
