As a passionate chef, I thrive on the creativity of crafting unique dishes that tell stories, ignite the senses, and bring people together.
I trained for two years at the renowned Silwood School of Cookery in Cape Town, specializing in fine dining techniques. Afterward, I worked as a commis chef at VUE Short Market, where I gained experience in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen. Seeking new challenges, I moved to Botswana to become a private chef at Okavango Villa, part of the Timeless collection, where I've been creating bespoke dining experiences for high-profile clients ever since. This role has enhanced my skills in sourcing premium ingredients and crafting tailored, exceptional meals in an intimate setting.
