I am a professional chef with 35 years experience throughout Europe and SE Asia. I have developed an enormous repertoire of dishes from East and West. I have cooked in 4-star establishments and privately for VVIPs. From the King of Cambodia to Princess Margaret, pop stars and prime-ministers. Buffets, fine dining and stand up dishes, BBQs, and weddings. You are always guaranteed a premium meal, two courses to 10 courses. I can also choose the applicable wines and spirits for the meal if required. Or match the food to your wine choices.
