A professional Zambian chef that got her education in Botswana through City & Guilds. I have lived and worked in Botswana, Malawi and now Zambia. Food has always spoken to me from a very tender age, from baking pastries with grandma on Sundays to simply frying my uncle an egg, food has always spoken to me. I enjoy making hearty meals for large groups to enjoy as well as complex fine dining meals for more intimate crowds. I cook, I bake, I mix drinks.
