Am a professional chef with 5yrs experience in cooking and providing of service to our clients. I Major in international cuisine,.japanese ,Chinese,indian, Mexican,,Italian,,etc most of my favorites are..curries like Indian veg curry, Swahili veg curry.. seafood like prawns calamari octopus and crabs.,.(crab cakes, coconut prawn tempura, drunken prawns.. calamari fussy, salt and pepper calamari with tartar sauce.,)I also love fish,,, tuna, raw cod, amberjack, cobia and kingfish just to mention a few

I learn cooking from my mother...who used to cook for us in school. I think she developed that passion in me..then went to school...learnt the basics.
