Passionate for cooking and food since I learnt how to walk. Creative, love to try new combinations and think outside the box.
I started cooking when I was a child helping my grandma in the kitchen. From there went on to attend culinary high school in Ljubljana. I worked for Chef Janez Bratovž for some time then cooperated with Matic Bergant who at the time was a member of Slovenian culinary national team. Then I worked at gostilna Čubr for sometime as well. My other passion is wine, so I worked for Santomas wine cellar for a few years to learn about wine more so I am able to combine it with food better.
