I studied culinary arts in Kenya then worked at the Tribe hotel i then went on to study French Gastronomy in the south of france and worked in Michelin starred restaurants and the latest being a 2 Michelin starred restaurant in France. I have an undying love for fresh produce and modern gastronomie
I started my culinary journey at an international culinary school in Kenya then later on in a French gastronomy culinary school.
