I am a passionate chef born in Ponce and raised in San Juan; I studied at “La Escuela Hotelera de San Juan”, Mayaguez, PR campus. In 2018 I opened a small restaurant in Rincón, PR. After 1 1/2 years, I had to close due to the Pandemic. This is how I reinvented myself and started offering my services as a private/personal chef and caterer for your family reunion, in the privacy of your home, or during your stay in Puerto Rico.

Butifarra, Onion and Cheese Bruschetta
Plantain or Breadfruit (upon availability) Cups filled w/Shrimp Ceviche or Mahi Mahi Ceviche
Crispy Wonton Cups filled with Stewed Cod fillet
Sweet Plantain Salad: red onions, cilantro, moron peppers, cubanelle peppers (all small diced)
Spring mix salad w/Strawberries, feta cheese, red onions and balsamic vinaigrette(to share)
Chateaubriand (Whole Beef Filet) marinated 24 hours w/Mushroom Sauce or Peppercorn Sauce put in the oven then cut in Medallions over a bed of Mashed Pickled Yuca (local root vegetable)
