Chef Mark Muchiri

I am a chef trainee studying a Diploma in Culinary arts at the Boma International Hospitality College currently in my first year second semester. Here, I have been trained in different international and local cuisines. I am also a certified baker having trained at the Valentine Cake School, 2021. I have being in love with cooking since I was in highschool. I was previously a self taught chef till I joined culinary school in May 2023. In my journey from self-taught chef to culinary school, I have passionately pursued my love for cooking, honing my skills in both international and local cuisines, and becoming a certified baker, all while developing a deep appreciation for the art of creating delicious food.
