I am an Egyptian chef with six years of experience in the culinary world. I started my career working in some of the best Italian restaurants, including Escalini. Currently, I am settled in Ghana, where I work as the head chef at Bold restaurant. I also had the honor of participating in the Sampala Greeno competition in South Africa, where I won the Fine Dining Lovers@spyoungchefacademy award
