Esta profesión me ha dado la oportunidad de viajar y conocer otras gastronomias y culturas en Francia, Catalunya, Australia, Euskadi, Inglaterra, IndiaTailandia...
Tengo un gran respeto a mi profesión y por eso me gusta hacer bien mi trabajo y ser honesto con lo que hago.
