Esta profesión me ha dado la oportunidad de viajar y conocer otras gastronomias y culturas en Francia, Catalunya, Australia, Euskadi, Inglaterra, IndiaTailandia...

Tengo un gran respeto a mi profesión y por eso me gusta hacer bien mi trabajo y ser honesto con lo que hago.

Luis was great! We very much enjoyed our meal from appetizer to dessert. It was a very memorable part of our trip to Menorca. Highly recommend!

Luis had amazing communication asking us ahead of time about our food preferences and he took them to heart and prepared a delicious meal of Spanish tapas and seafood. Both he and his partner were discreet but engaging and left the kitchen spotless . I would highly recommend Luis to cook for me another time I visit Menorca.

Luis was exceptional. Relaxed, friendly and passionate. Would highly recommend and would 100% use him again. We had an incredible Paella with seafood and he brought all the equipment with him. He brought so many varied dishes and there was enough food to feed an army, we were eating leftovers three days later.

Booked Chef Luis for a special Menorcan Dinner - blown away by his and his assistant’s attentiveness and professionalism. The food was amazing and the best meal of the holiday by some way. Well worth the expense.

Luis and our waitress were both incredible, we couldn’t have asked for better food and service for our special occasion. I would highly recommend. He was great at communicating the food options before too!
