I have worked in many michelin stars restaurants, in France & in Monaco.

I worried a lot about my clients to feel comfortable, i can suit with every requests, i really like challenges. I love creating graphic, gourmet plates, just as I enjoy adapting to specific diets or requests for buffets, brunchs, breakfasts, allergies, from the simple to the complicated, from French to Indian, Japanese or Spanish cuisine.... I understand the theory of the trade and can therefore put into practice what I've learned in all areas. I'm also very concerned about the energy and atmosphere that can suit with a meal, which is why, I take particular care with decoration, the staff I employ, and everything else that goes in, to making sure my guests have an excellent time.
