I have been a professional cook for 11 years, I have worked in starred kitchens and trattorias, I love Mediterranean and Asian flavours. I worked for 5 years in London , 1 year in Belgium , 1 year in Greece and now I have been in France Cote d'Azur for almost 2 years . I am a very flexible and down to earth person, precise and organized for me the most important thing is to satisfy the palate of my customers.
