Passionate about life and all the food that comes along.I made of my passion a job and I couldn't be happier to share my travel's food memories.
I am an Italian Chef, that studied to become one and work most of the time in France. I have more than 8 years experience in every kind of restaurant, from 3 michelin stars to Thai restaurants, and 3 year experience as a private chef in super yachtS. In particular I've been influenced and impressed by nordic cuisine, always so fresh and "pure", full of earth colours and heartwarming flavours. I recently decided, after a life travelling and cheffing around the world, to take Dakar as my new home, or the other way around. To cook it is always been for me a way to express myself as a kind of art, a love language. Some people write letters to tell things, I cook :)
