I'm very passionate about food and the art of culinary. My major interest is hot kitchen and cold station. I love preparing:Meat,poultry,sauces&salads
I'm a professional chef with 2years experience. I completed my diploma in culinary skills at cascade institute of hospitality. I was interned at the best hotel in Kenya that is Serena hotels, I worked for artcaffe ,the best restaurant in Kenya. And working with these two brands has helped me grow,gain experience and exposure to work with diverse ingredients. In my free time ,i love to prepare:Meat,poultry and sauces. And i love preparing salads too. In professional kitchen I like to prepare meals in the hot kitchen and cold kitchen.
I've learned how to follow food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene to ensure the dishes of guests and clients safe.
