Private Chef In NassauI am a professional chef who has worked in this and related industries for over twenty-five years. My culinary journey began with three years of American Culinary Federation standard apprenticeship training, then continued with an opportunity of working in Switzerland. Upon my return to The Bahamas, I further gained work in various hotels, local restaurants and cuisines. Throughout the years, I further enriched my skills with continuing education at The Culinary Institute N.Y. which led to the exclusive market of private chef services. This path took me to Indigo Island Exuma, Islands at Copperfield Bay, One & Only Ocean Club and Lyford Cay Bahamas, where the clients list consists of "high-end" and A-listed celebrities.
Other training included, "Conscious Cuisine" Phoenix Az. "Health & Wellness" cuisine at Living Light culinary institute Ft. Bragg Ca. also becoming certified as a diet and nutrition coach.
Because I currently reside in The Bahamas / Caribbean, fusing local ingredients with international concepts and styles, usually creates blissful flavors for guests to enjoy.
This is why I create meals that are DELICIOUS and NUTRITIOUS.
