My name is Melvin Leermakers, living on Bonaire since 2018 and loving the island and it’s people. I’ve worked as a chef for almost 15 years and got to know all kinds of kitchens.
I love cooking but I also love to explain to my guests the story behind my dishes and ingredients. This way they will fully experience the dish and local ingredients.
I like to give my guests the ultimate culinary experience that suits their wishes. Besides that I love Bonaire and like to share some unique information and special spots and trips only locals know about with my guests.
