With his culinary education from Flair Institute Ghana and Utali College Kenya, he has honed his skills and expertise in the kitchen. Chef Quamz has had the privilege of cooking for renowned personalities such as NFL retired Super Bowl champion Malcolm Jenkins, Ghana's defender Mohammed Salisu, and even some political figures.
