Chef Laleyshka O'neill Viera

I'm Laleyshka O'Neill Viera, I'm 25 years old. I live in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I have a bachelor's degree in Culinary Management at the Ana G. Méndez University, Carolina campus. I have been in the industry for seven years where I had the opportunity to represent the faculty on three occasions in culinary competitions at the intercollegiate level

where I obtained the first place. But also, represent P.R in the Caribbean in the Puerto Rico National Culinary Team in 2019. My professional career began in 2016, when I started studying and working in a prestigious hotel on the island. Over the years I continued to expand my culinary knowledge. I had the opportunity to define my career in cooking specializing in French, Asian, Caribbean fusion. I work at the best hotel in Puerto Rico, the Ritz Carlton Reserve in Dorado; in the restaurant Coa "fine dinnig restaurant". My position in it is as a Chef de Partie.
