I am a professional qualified chef that holds a city and guilds diploma in food preparation.I studied in Cape-town at Capcicum culinary studio, and along with my internship in Cape Town I also spent 1 year in the USA learning and working there in a 5 star Resort.Where I learnt different flavors in food and how to respect the guests privacy and preferences.
