I am a Professional Chef, i live in Saint-Barts all year round for 20 years. The Island have no secret for me ! I studied Cooking in Gastronomique restaurant called "Restaurant Senderens" ( two Star Michelin ) in Paris, Place de La Madeleine.... I travel and studied differents style of gastronomy. In many countries with different culture.
