I been cooking for about 15yrs and about 12 yrs professionally.I started my journey at the culinary Atlantis Resort where I worked banquet as my main kitchen and working under different world class chains like Nobu,Casa Deangelo,Cafe Martinique.I have yrs of experience working in the hotel field and working fine dinning,banquet,Family Style,corporate events.I’ve work with Prince of Saudi Arabia to the Golf tournament with Tiger Woods,Poker star,Concerts from John legend to Alicia keys and who could forget the Opening of Atlantis where I was fortunate to work with the team for Michel Jackson.Then I started Kitchen Fusion in 2015 after so much experience in the industry and want to bring that to my people in a festive way.Now I’m at the number 1 restaurant in the Bahamas Carna steakhouse where I continue to learn and develop my skills on a gastric level!!!
