Im a professional chef with 13 years experience in the hospitality industry.I studied at College Of The Bahamas in 2008 and later on join the team at Nobu Atlantis in 2010.Atlantis being a chain of restaurants I got a chance to explore different cuisine styles also I work pastry and banquets.Then in 2018 I join Carna steak house Bahamar.Now I’m the owner and Chef at Kitchen Fusion where we are multi cultural cuisine with a Bahamian twist.
