As a pizzaiolo working in different fine dining establishments, I acquired skills in hand stretching, tossing and turning, Italian homemade sauces, applying toppings with artistry, and managing oven temperature to ensure each pizza is baked to perfection.
My commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization in the kitchen has always been my major goal. I have taken pride in working efficiently under pressure which I believe is essential in the fast-paced environment of pizza establishment.
