I have been a Chef for over 20 years, after working in some of the most renounced restaurants in the San Juan area, I decided to make my own brand of artisanal pesto sauce (Del Patio 2012), and become a private chef to create a more personal delightful experience for my clients when I cook for them using all the experience and knowledge influenced by all the years I worked with Puerto Rican, French, and international top Chefs of the San Juan area.
