I am a professional chef with 10 years of experience in different areas of the kitchen, graduated from the Professional Institute of Gastronomy and Hospitality of the East, upon graduating I moved to Colombia and worked in the barbecue area, then I returned to my country and developed my own concept with smoked meats, now I want to show it to you.
