Jonathan Rivard is the Certified Angus Beef brand ambassador for the Cayman Islands. He started his career at the tender age of ten working after school for his mother who owned a food truck in Quebec. Jonathan has the chef genes in his blood that might be closer to home than you think! He has worked in Canada, Paris, and Bermuda, and he is pure French Canadian, though with a little bit of Toronto thrown in as well.
Jonathan enjoys cooking local fish and produces whilst, he is doing his best to keep the environment clean and self-sustainable. The Cayman Islands offers many great products that Jonathan loves to showcase to his costumers!
