A humble, confident and enthusiastic young man who takes pride in attention to detail, consistently striving for exceptional results.

I have been a professional chef for the past decade. Achieving an Associates of Applied Science in Culinary Arts at the Montego Bay Community College then after successfully developing in highly credited hotels such as Round Hill, Hyatt Ziva, Sandals Royal Caribbean(Over Water Suites)and Royalton Blue waters. I have amassed a number of skills over the years proudly becoming an all rounder. I look forward to sharing it all with future clientele. See you soon!
