Professional Chef with over 20 years experience. I have worked in many different types of venues with the last 10 years dedicated to whole foods. After leaving the restaurant & hotel venues behind me I have truly enjoyed applying all knowledge and skills gained to the field of private chef where I put the client's ideas first. I am versed in all specialty diets and very creative when it comes to the use of ingredients in a way that is beyond likable
