Private Chef In Cul De SacI am a professional Chef and Restaurateur with over 35 years of experience. I completed my training in France and did several apprenticeships with great chefs. I moved on to open several of my own establishments with the last one on the island of St. Barthelemy where I have resided for the past 20 years (My restaurant is called Bistro Josephine). My specialties are Creole French Cuisine but I also love to work with Asian flavors.
My role model in the kitchen is Auguste Escoffier and my secret in the kitchen is infusing my love and passion for good food into my cooking.
