With extensive experience in the culinary arts, I have worked in renowned restaurants in Hamburg and Flensburg, where I served as both chef de cuisine and chef de partie. I have been actively involved in the creation of innovative menus, showcasing my creativity and deep understanding of flavor profiles. Additionally, I am trained as a dietary chef, allowing me to design and prepare meals that cater to specific nutritional needs, balancing health and taste with precision.
