My name is Chef Jamal Munroe, I’m a graduate of the University of The Bahamas with an associates degree in Culinary Arts and Tourism. Subsequently, I was able to further perfect my craft. Currently, I fulfill my passion by preparing meals for guests on yachts. However, I also enjoy being on land and cooking for air Bnb guests etc. i have several years of experience, as I have been cooking and honing my skills from high school. I specialize in both pastry, and Bahamian cuisine.
