Passionate about cooking, Mexican chef traveling the world in search of gastronomic knowledge. Specialty in Spanish, Mexican and Nordic cuisine.
I am a professional Mexican chef with 8 years of experience. I studied gastronomy and I have worked 14 years in hospitality. I did internships and worked for 4 years in one of the best restaurants in the world Azurmendi with 3 Michelin stars in the Basque Country in Spain. My passion is cooking and my way of life. I love my Mexican roots and of course Mexican gastronomy. Love to travel and learn about new ingredients and technics and meet Chefs from all around the world.
