My name is Horacio Bollo, I have over 12 years of experience, I come from a generation of cooks as my family owned a Bakery. I specialize in bakery, pastries, and freshly made pastas from scratch. Born in South America Uruguay, I am knowledgeable in making some of the best meats, starting from making myself homade dry age meats, such as making some of the best Tomahawk steaks. Some of my experiences are the following, I have worked in a prestigious Italian restaurant in Uruguay which specialized in array of making different pastas from scratch. I also worked over 2 years in Indian Cuisine making roti, samosas, tiki masala, naam bread along with other Indian dishes. I spent 4 years specializing in Asian Cuisine, such as Korean, Thailand, and Japanese cuisine specifically sushi.
Please note, I am a well rounded chef with experience in different cuisines, but I also have over 7 years of experience making pastries. I love working with flour and using my creativity when making different breads, pastries which include savory and sweet to accommodate any occasion.
