“Where do I start with Gio?? He was absolutely all things amazing! He catered to a group of 9 women but made everyone feel special individually at the same time. I don’t like fried eggs or poached eggs, no issue for Gio, he made me scrambled eggs one day and an omelette on another. For two other guests he catered to their vegan requests. Gio laughed and joked with us but remained professional 100% of the time. I told him he would be my forever chef when visiting Puerto Rico. He’s a gem.”

Gio was an amazing chef to work with! Our multi-generational family of 10 had multiple breakfasts & dinners scheduled during our recent stay in Puerto Rico. Gio was prompt, extremely responsive to change requests and the food was amazing. Each course included family recipes & fresh, organic produce! Our little kids (3-9) loved helping to set the table and help - Gio was so kind and involved them. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Chef Gio was an incredible chef. He took the time to get to know us and how he should prepare our meals. He was extremely attentive, kind, and thoughtful. On top of the that, the food was seasoned well and the presentation was impeccable. We would wholeheartedly hire him again for all our future trips to Puerto Rico.
