Good food truly excites me. I derive joy from creating and making food that people enjoy and want more of. I find it immensely rewarding.
The love of food has always been a huge part of my life growing up and rans in the family. Like most people our first dive into food comes from the home. I had a mother who was not only passionate about good food but the use of exceptional ingredients and presenting restaurant quality food. I come from a family of home chefs and caterers. I naturally fell in love with food and have been cooking and experimenting with recipes for the past 15 years. Growing up in London, which is a melting pot of people from divers backgrounds. I was fortunate to be exposed to different cuisines and styles of cooking led me to The Avenue Cookery School to hone in and perfect my skills. I went into business with my family catering for private events and individuals. I am now creating a niche with my European-Ghanaian fusion which I hope to bring to your table.
