I am a professional Chef with 8 years of experience graduated in Venezuela in 2014 with a curriculum comprised of traditional Venezuelan, Latin American, Mediterranean, international, Asian, Indian, Cajun and United States cuisine. Bakery and pastry, Venezuelan Christmas cuisine, Oenology, cocktails.
I have worked in Italian and international food restaurants, pizzerias, coffee shops, in 2017 a vegan restaurant in the Dominican Republic and hotels.
I worked from 2018 to 2020 as a chef instructor at the Ecuadorian Institute of Gastronomy in the area of Pastry Costs, Basic and International Cuisine.
