I am a profesional Chef with more than 18 years of experience in this industry. The highlight of my career is the exposure to different cooking environments including private restaurants, hotels, banquets, and private events. Had the pleasure of cooking at The Fortaleza for several governors in Puerto Rico, international politicians such as the King of Spain, artists and public figures, in multiple occasions. I love food and the joy that brings with each bite. My goal is to transform my love for the kitchen into every plate that comes to your table and make them an experience that you would never forget.
