Chef Don was amazing. The food was very flavorful and seasoned very well. He was very attentive to what we wanted. Can’t be more thankful. The menu he presented was good and the food was even better.

Chef Don Saintilmond was amazing. From the presentation, to the professionalism, to the food, we had an overall amazing experience. He made our dining experience in Turks and Caicos and amazing one!

Chef Don was absolutely perfect all the way around. He was timely and efficient. Each meal he made was more than incredible. He adjusted the menus to my specific needs and everything turned out perfect. My group absolutely loved him and if we ever come back to turks, we would book him again and again!

Chef don food was outstanding ! I would only suggest to be more engaging with your customers. But you were definitely focused on your food which was fantastic and we are not mad about that!

Chef Don's service was immaculate. We were a group of 7 women that are foodies that love to eat good food. Every single one of my friends and sisters said that EVERY SINGLE dish was delicious. The food was very palatable , flavorful, and appetizing. The presentation of the food was beautiful, the professionalism and attentiveness of Chef Don was unmatched. Chef Don Saintilmond was truly incredible and the meal he prepared was divine! Chef Don went above and beyond to make the night special. He took time to explain each dish before dinner and he continued to check on us throughout the dinner. He engaged with the party and thanked us for having him before departing. Chef Don and his assistant Jon were an incredible team! All food was amazing. He sent out draft ideas for meals and then responded to our feedback on desires perfectly. He was able to accommodate some last minute changes that came up during our trip which was much appreciated! He left the place even cleaner than what he found it. We would not hesitate to work with him again!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Chef Don was awesome!!! We had a party of 12 women and NOT one complaint about the food that Chef Don prepared for us. He was very accommodating for the food restrictions and allergies that we requested. If you’re in TCI this is the chef you need to book!

We were five friends and all incredibly impressed with Chef Don and John. They were very accommodating for our many dietary restrictions and the food was delicious. We even had leftovers for lunch! Chef Don does not disappoint. We all highly recommend him!

Chef Don was incredibly professional, punctual, and most importantly, a wonderful chef - the food was absolutely amazing, and he and his team took care of everything (setting up, cooking, and cleaning). This allowed us to not have to worry about a thing and maximize our overall experience. I would highly recommend Chef Don to anyone in the area.

Chef Don and his team were simply fantastic. He responded promptly to all of my questions, helped craft delicious custom menus and put together three spectacular meals for us. A very special birthday brunch and dinner capped off our stay- complete with balloons, sparkler candle and a delicious cake. Chef Don, Boss lady Cassandra and Jon are simply the best!

The whole evening was incredible and exceeded our expectations
